NGC | Google Cloud Premier Partner, in collaboration with Google Cloud, hosted the 7X | Emirates Post Group AI Innovation & Ideation Workshop at the Google Office, bringing together business and technology leaders to explore the future of AI-powered logistics.

The workshop focused on how Gemini Enterprise can help transform day-to-day operations across the logistics sector. Working closely with the 7X | Emirates Post Group team, participants explored practical AI use cases, operational challenges, and opportunities to accelerate digital transformation.

The session was built around four key pillars:

• Dedicated Sandbox: A tailored workshop designed specifically around Emirates Post’s ecosystem, business priorities, and operational requirements.
• Transition to Agentic AI: Discussions centered on the evolution from traditional AI assistants to autonomous AI agents capable of advanced reasoning and process automation, including multi-carrier SLA analysis.
• Blueprint for Quick Wins: Gemini Enterprise capabilities were mapped against real operational challenges, including last-mile delivery and branch operations to identify high-value implementation opportunities.
• Land & Scale Approach: A practical Proof of Concept (PoC) framework was introduced, enabling organizations to validate business value through an initial use case before expanding AI adoption across the enterprise.

The workshop demonstrated how AI can support organizations in identifying practical, scalable opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences across logistics operations.
